In times of stress or big changes, when the tempo accelerates, eczema and psoriasis break out on your skin and make your life even more complicated. Apply Chamomille macerate onto the damaged areas.
Recipe:
- Inflamed skin masque: Mix a teaspoon of Chamomille macerate with a teaspoon of Hibiscus powder. Add True ionized cleansing water 1 until obtaining a smooth and easyly spreadable texture. Apply onto your face. Massage. Take a moment to breathe. Rinse with Shungite water or clear water. -
