朝の起き抜けに水でブクブクうがいからの、この舌クリーナーで舌の掃除を行っています。ゴッソリと舌苔がとても気持ち良く取れます。
使い始めた頃は毎食後歯みがきの後に使っていたのですが、朝だけで充分だと思います。Page: 1
