Created by the French print-master Charles Mavelot in the 17th century, these large drop caps (one for each letter of the alphabet), with their interlacing double lines, were inspired by the graceful suppleness of handwriting. They are world-famous for having long adorned various objects, documents, fabrics, linens and pieces of furniture, in particular, the belongings of the royal family of France.

Nota bene: Please note that the Mavelot initials « I » and « J » share the same design, as do«U», «V» and «W».

Description
At 8am or 8pm, the three blows are struck. In the limelight, the lead actor sits on the edge of the washbasin or the rim of the bathtub. An iconic and ergonomic legend, our Savon Superfin simply and efficiently cleanses any skin that enters the stage of the bathroom. With the door shut and the faucet turned on, it unveils its scent on a damp body or hands. Which just goes to show that it is suitable even for the most aristocratic subjects.

To conclude, outdated? Certainly not. More like, out-of-the-box.

Mexican Tuberose

A blend dominated by the queen of white flowers, spiced with clove and vanilla.

Blue garden of Persepolis, enclosed with walls and shadows, where the fragrance of the tuberose is infused in the evening warmth and in the black mane of the gods. Lunar flowers of ivory and mother-of-pearl, fruits of gold and ruby, vanilla beans and clove flowers like leather pillows. In the tranquility of its jade basin, the lazuli sky rocks gently to the beat of the stars.
How to use
The delightfully odoriferous Savon Superfin will impart a pleasant scent to your very bathroom! Whenever you stock up on them, these slabs of scented soap will fill your drawers, wardrobes or glove compartments with fragrance!

Use in the morning and/or evening on a humid skin, then gently massage to lather. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning the body.

After use, do not leave your Savon Superfin to rest on a wet surface: dry it carefully between your palms, set it on its small octagonal side, and make sure it is stored in a dry place.
