Spongia officinalis, the natural sea sponge, is the best and softest way to get clean. The sponge chosen by L’Officine Universelle Buly is harvested in Greece and derives from an animal in the Porifera phyllum, of which it is the skeleton, made up of sturdy, absorbent fibers. Its globular and lobed shape, with a ridged and pockmarked surface, can vary widely in diameter. Its absorbing power is impressive, and its suppleness is a treat for the skin.
