Description
An herbaceous plant native to India, sesame contains tiny oleaginous seeds that can be black, red or white. For cosmetic use, these seeds are Cold extraction without being roasted; the oil thus obtained is clear, with a delicate fragrance. Easily absorbed and delightfully rich in vitamin E, it is reputed for its regenerative and mollifying action on hair lenghts, revealing a silky look and feel.

Use as a mouthwash (called "Oil Pulling") for its antibacterial benefits against toxins accumulated during the night. Gently massaged into the scalp before shampooing, sesame oil fortifies it and stimulates circulation.
A few drops on the face and hair protects the epidermis and hair fiber against moderate sun rays. -
